Homeowners Policy (HO2, HO3, HO5 and HO8)
Homeowners policies are designed to fit the needs of an owner-occupant of a private residence. The Homeowners policy provides property and personal liability coverages for the Dwelling, Other Structures, Personal Property, Loss of Use, Personal Liability and Medical Payments. These coverages protect against covered causes of loss such as fire, lightning, vandalism, windstorm and bodily injury or property damage to others.
Additionally, the Company offers optional coverages that add to, broaden or extend the coverages for exposures not included in the basic policy forms.

Condo Insurance / Unit Owners Policy (HO6)
The Condo insurance policy is designed for an individual condominium unit owner to provide property and personal liability coverage. The Unit Owners policy includes coverage for certain building items, such as interior surfaces and appliances, that are the responsibility of the unit owner and not the condominium association policy.
Additionally, the Company offers optional coverages that add to, broaden or extend the coverages for exposures not included in the basic policy forms.

Renters Insurance (HO4)
The Renters insurance policy is designed to fit the needs of a tenant-occupant of a dwelling, condominium or apartment unit when the property is used for residential purpose only. The Renters policy provides coverage for Personal Property, Loss of Use, Personal Liability and Medical Payment to Others.
Additionally, the Company offers optional coverages that add to, broaden or extend the coverages for exposures not included in the basic policy forms.

Landlord (DP1, DP2 and DP3)
The Dwelling Property coverage forms (often referred to as “Dwelling Fire”) are designed to fit the needs of a landlord to insure a rental or investment property used specifically for residential purposes and rented on an annual basis. The Landlord policy provides coverage for the Dwelling, Other Structures, Personal Property, Fair Rental Value and Additional Living Expenses.
All Dwelling Property policy forms include coverage to protect against the perils of fire and lighting. Additional perils are included in the DP2 and DP3 policy forms to protect against other property exposures.
Additionally, the Company offers optional coverages that add to, broaden or extend the coverages for exposures not included in the basic policy forms.

- Premises Liability
- Extended Coverage – Available under the DP1 Only
